I offer preparation & integration sessions and packages around medicine ceremonies, so that you can make the most out of your experience by feeling completely at ease, supported & taken care of- before, during and after your ceremony.
I’ve been working with the medicines of Ayahuasca & Yagé for over 7 years. And like the day of yesterday, I remember my first ceremony in Colombia. The experience was SO beautiful and I was blasted wide open… but after the ceremony I was left to my own devices. When it was time to return to my life, I felt SO MUCH confusion. I did not know where to begin to fit my newfound perspective into my day-to-day life. I felt stuck, depressed and off balance. My body & mind suffered, and It took me over a year to make sense of it all and integrate the experience into my life.
Luckily, this does not have to be the case for you when you participate in a medicine ceremony.
To support you with preparation and integration around the time of ceremony, I offer group sessions and 1:1 sessions, which contain the following:

Preparation session (1-1.5 hrs, up to 2 weeks before the ceremony)
If this is your first ceremony, first talk about how the ceremony is set up- what are the different components, and why is it the way it is? We go over how to prepare for it: what to bring and how to prepare your body & mind for the experience
We clarify your intention for the ceremony
We do an energy clearing of either your energetic body or of your Akashic Records, to make sure your system is prepared for ceremony. This will help to make your experience in the ceremony much smoother and gentler.
Integration session (1-1,5 hrs, up to 2 weeks after the ceremony)
We discuss your experiences and make the translation- how does this want to be integrated into your life?
We do a deep clearing of either your energy body or your Akashic Records to deepen the work of the Medicine and to stabilize the healing received in ceremony
We get practical- what are your practical next steps so you can really start integrating this experience so it can really start to take root into your life?
Ever since moving to Todos Santos 4 years ago after quitting my Silicon Valley innovation job, I have devoted myself to doing the work of the Soul. I have studied relentlessly to come to a deep understanding of the journey of the Soul, and the intelligence and mechanics of the Cosmos. My toolbox is filled to the brim- I do energy healing, Akashic records readings & clearings, deep shadow work. I am currently studying with Zoe Christina Solaris, and have received initiation in the Kaballah and the Omega Codex.
My focus in this work is to bring this understanding out of the Ethers and into our day-to-day lives, so that we may be loved, held and supported through our journey here on Earth.
